Nice fit, makes you feel good. Have worn mine for 4 days in a row for about 8 hours at a time but I feel it’s made my back muscles weaker. Can’t say for sure but I’ve had a few muscle twinges. It has made me more conscious of my posture too which is good because I need to work on that

I started wearing the Everyday Waist Trainer approximately 15 months ago and my waist has shrunk from 41" to 31".
I progressed to wearing the Latex Waist Trainer just under a fortnight ago and I can already see a difference in my waist. This Trainer is far more supportive and restrictive but I enjoy wearing it and find that I walk more upright when out on my daily walks.
It is obviously giving my waist more definition and I hope to find that my waist is smaller still when I measure again in a month's time. I certainly recommend the Latex Waist Trainer to everyone.

Oh I love it! I bought size 12 and at first I couldn’t fit ( well, I did it once but the amount of grunting and swearing wasn’t worth!). After using the daily waist trainer for 2 weeks ( bought them together in a bundle) i fit without much effort! Now I try to wear it daily, first row is now perfected! It really works, is comfortable, give me great silhouette. I’m just about to order a latex vest trainer as well!

The waist trainer is good quality. Unfortunately it is undersized and I needed an extra 3 inches of material on it to get it fastened so I sent it back for a refund. The quality is definitely good though just watch the sizing.

Love it only thing I don’t like is the fat back I’m getting with it , can already start to see a difference but I’m biking 17k a day with the daily wear of this so should start to be able to lower the clasps soon. Deffo recommend just mind the fat back if you a little curvy like me.

Begin a women of a certain age and was in lockdown for 5 months to my horror i had gained a few pounds, and i was un- happy with myself i wanted to start getting my figure back. Used to wearing steel boned corsets i did not want to start that straight away so decided to get one of your waist trainers to help me along the way. Once it arrived i put it on only on the first hooks and it stayed on for 4 hrs and it was comfortable to wear the following day had it on for 5 hrs and so on wear it everyday and its over a week now since i purchased it and i am now on the second row of hooks and it stays on all day hoping that next week it will be on the last hook . My body shape is beginning to return also so very happy with it. the only thing i would say is it could do with a few more bones in it. and im back on a healthy diet which helps.

I’ve been wanting to get into corsets and decided to ease myself in by buying a waist trainer. This was the first website I found and I was impressed by all of the reviews, and so bought one myself. I checked the size guide and purchased a size 10. I picked the free option for shipping, expecting it to take a few days, but surprisingly it turned up the next morning! Size wise I think I might’ve been better with a 12, but this is also the first time I’ve ever worn a waist trainer so I think that was more to do with me being unused to the tightness rather than a sizing issue. Anyway, the 10 works! It is a workout to get it hooked up, but once I did I felt great! It immediately helped my posture and shaped me nicely, and once I had it on my stomach settled into the feeling. It was slightly restrictive when sitting, but I think that’ll get better with practice. The material is very strong and smooth and professional. I’m very impressed!
